    Now I know I have to get a weed burner – maybe I could toss out the microwave…. then again this could work great for Crème brûlée!!

    Nice. You know Doug made me toasted teacakes like that once with a metal grill suspended over a bucket of clay / glaze slops. Ahh health and safety at it’s best.
