In addition to the tens of thousands of useful pots I have made in the last 50 years I have always found time to explore other ideas in clay. From my earliest “Bedrock Series” to the “Mega/Mono-liths”, the “Bird Series” inspired by the Martin Bros. and the trompe l’oeil “Books” Series which then led to the “Diorama” Series. And now I’m taking simple pots like this and turning them into unidentifiable animals.
