V-5 Pilgrim Flask Vase

This is another pot based on an ancient form…flasks like these were made in many different cultures, making it easier transport fluids on pack animals etc. It is made from 4 different wheel thrown pots and involves as much hand building as throwing…it’s a nice change of pace from round pots. With brushed and trailed slips and chattered. Wood fired and salt glazed.
